The financing of wind energy Structured financing, participating investments and local acceptance detail page

The conference aims to present two different sides of the wind energy financing, with a focus on the french wind energy market:

1. The structured financing (bank loans, equity…) and how it develops / will develop because of the financial crisis and the regulatory evolutions of the french market (caused by the likely upcoming ICPE regulation, for instance).

Different points of view from bankers, investors, suppliers and lawyers about onshore and offshore financing will be presented and discussed.

2. The participating financing (citizens wind farms, cooperatives, “prêts mezzanine”…), and how it could develop the local acceptance of wind farms. The initiatives and examples from Germany and Denmark will be presented, as well as new french initiatives in this field.
