DESCRIPTION:After more than three and a half years of contentious litigatio
 n a decision was finally reached in the "Cape Wind Case" (Public Employees
  for Environmental Responsibility v. Beaudreau\, D.D.C. Case Nos. 10-1073\
 , 10-1079\, 10-1238). The decision approved the installation of 130 wind t
 urbine generators standing over 400 feet tall in Nantucket Sound. The obje
 ctions were myriad: environmental\, economic\, historic\, tribal\, municip
 al. The case set precedent under the Endangered Species Act\, the National
  Environmental Policy Act\, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act\, the Marine Mam
 mal Protection Act\, and the National Historic Preservation Act. But it's 
 not over yet. Part of the case was remanded and an appeal is almost certai
