DESCRIPTION:Constructing wind farms at sea is a complex matter and this con
 ference will deal with shipping/logistics/SCM challenges and opportunities
  for the wind industry.\n\nWind energy is a robust kind of renewable energ
 y and the wind industry is growing fast to keep up with demand on a global
  basis. It is not easy to plan\, construct\, operate\, and ultimately de-c
 ommission wind farm mega projects onshore as well as offshore. Offshore wi
 nd farms are faced with conditions which are exacerbated compared to onsho
 re wind farms due to the extreme weather conditions at sea. This conferenc
