DESCRIPTION:This year’s edition of the Offshore Conference will analyse t
 he capacity to adapt regulations to enable the exploitation of the offshor
 e wind energy sector’s development potential. They will attempt to stres
 s the importance of the development of quantitative targets laying down lo
 ng-term development paths for the offshore wind energy sector in Poland an
 d the establishment of a stable and effective support scheme considering t
 he specificity of the technology while being an incentive to optimise cost
 s for the development of the sector in Poland. Relevant regulations shall 
 be included in the planned RES Act or separate documents dedicated to the 
 offshore wind energy sector in Poland. A crucial element of the Conference
  will be the presentation and promotion of the scientific and industrial p
